Harvard Business Review recently published a study finding that the two keys to the most creative teams are as follows:

1. the level of chaos

2. the amount of resources

But it's the opposite of what you may be thinking. The most innovative teams are small, chaotic and strapped for resources. 

This has always been intuitively true from my experience, but its great to have it proven.
