There’s a pretty flat hierarchy in the legal world, so a mnemonic was designed to informally signal the ranks.
There are minders, there are grinders and there are finders.
Minders are yes folks, grinders are work folks, and finders are the ones who bring in the money.
And what do you think is the real difference between them? It’s not really sales acumen. I mean, these are attorneys we’re talking about here.
It’s the ability to stop, focus, strategize and see what’s coming.
